Safety & Law First
Your safety is important to us and so is the passenger’s safety. We ask our partner drivers to always follow the law. Adhere to applicable laws and regulations, as well as follow rules and regulations where applicable.
Your Feedback Matters
If something happens, whether good or bad, tell us. Our team is continuously improving our standards. Your feedback matters!
Physical Contact
Do not touch passengers or anyone you just met. Touching, hitting, hurting, or such intends otherwise are never allowed.
Unwanted Contact
Contact should end when the trip or delivery is complete unless it is to return a lost item. For example, texting, calling, visiting, or trying to visit someone in person after a trip or delivery has been completed is not allowed.
Sexual Assault & Misconduct
Sexual assault and sexual misconduct of any kind is prohibited. No personal remarks should be made as well. Personal space and privacy should be respected.
Threatening & Rude Behavior
Threatening and rude behavior is not allowed. Do not use language or make gestures that could be disrespectful, threatening, or inappropriate. Religious and political beliefs should not be discussed as well.
Discrimination
There is zero tolerance for discrimination Do not discriminate against someone based age, race, color, disability, gender identity, marital status, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected under relevant law.
Account Sharing
Account sharing is not allowed. To use Qrooze app, you need to register and maintain an active account. Do not let another person use your account. Never share your personal username and password with anyone else.
Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older to have an account. Adults cannot request a ride for someone under the age of 18 or allow children to ride alone—they must be accompanied by an adult.
Extra Passengers
No more than the requesting rider and the rider’s guests are permitted in the vehicle. When riding with Qrooze, the account holder is responsible for the entire party.
Seat Belts
A seat belt use can be the most effective way to save lives and reduce injuries related to car crashes. Every delivery person using a vehicle, driver, and rider—including those in the back seat—should always buckle up. Riders should request a car that has enough seat belts for everyone in their party and not travel in large groups.
Use Of Cameras Or Audio Recording Devices
Drivers may choose to install and use video cameras, dash cams, or other recording devices to record rides or otherwise for the purpose of fulfilling transportation services. Local law or regulations may require individuals using recording equipment in vehicles to fully disclose to riders that they are being recorded in or around a vehicle and obtain consent. Please check local regulations in your city to determine if these apply. Broadcasting a person’s image, audio, or video recording is not allowed.
Firearms Ban, No Drugs & Alcohol
Riders and their guests, as well as drivers, are prohibited from carrying firearms of any kind while using the app, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Alcohol and drugs use are also not allowed while using the app.
Ratings
After every trip, drivers and riders can rate each other on a scale of 1 to 5 stars, as well as give feedback on how the trip went. The feedback system improves ratings and accountability. It helps create a respectful, safe, and transparent environment for everyone. Drivers can see their current rating in the Feedback section of the app.

How to Create An Account?
To register, please select your country and enter your mobile number. Next, verify your mobile number via OTP. Following it, sign up form will appear. Enter the details such as your name and email to complete the setup process. If you have a referral code, you can apply the referral code in “Got a Referral code?” tab. The referral code can be found in the “Refer & Earn” section.
How can I Apply A Coupon Code on my Ride?
To apply a coupon/offer code, you need to first select a ride service category and tap “Ride Now” to make a booking. Next tap the apply coupon option and type in the preferred code
Note: You can check the discount applied on your total fare in the invoice sent to you on your registered email ID after you complete the trip.
How to Recover my password?
Click on “Forgot Password?” link available on the screen to reset. You will receive a reset link on your email ID registered. Please use the link sent to your email ID to reset your password. On “Set Password” screen, enter a new password. Re-enter your new password to verify. You will be successfully logged in to your account.
